We refinanced in 2004 with Countrywide Home Loans. They have charged over 10 thousand dollars in so called LEGAL fees to our loan. Along with other fees and increased our interest rate from 6.9 to 11.125 over a period of two years which according to our original loan document is ILLEGAL. I know there are others out there in the same situation. I want a class action suit. Please somebody help. Our principal balance is 4000 dollars more than when we started paying on it 4 years ago! How can this be right??? I've tried to get answers from Countrywide, but no luck.

You can Google- THE COLLAPSE HAS BEEN TRIGGERED RIPOFF and read all related Reports regarding interest rates for credit cards, cars, and mortgages! Remember, Bank Of America recently purchased Countrywide!! Countrywide was on the verge of COLLAPSING!!
Cyndi, you must calm down and have someone that knows about legal paperwork look over your mortgage. A Realtor who you can trust is a good idea. Then you must send a copy of your Rip Off Report to all News Stations listed on the Toyota page after you Google this: RICHMOND TOYOTA RIPOFF. Go to the Report that says 'Richmond Toyota biggest joke I've heard in years'. The first Update has all the addresses to send a copy of your Rip Off Report!
Don't delay! Mail it VIA post office to all of them and to your Local News stations! Tell everyone you know at work and in your network of friends about it and about this website!
Then Google all of these:
FED POEM TOYOTA RIPOFF and read it.
BANK POEM BANK OF AMERICA RIPOFF and read it.
It looks as though there could be a CONSPIRACY to Financially Injure Innocent Americans by the Banks & Mortgage companies, doesn't it??
