Countrywide Home Loans Rip-off refuses payments won't return phone calls! 3 year nightmare Van Nuys California
Our mortgageas purchased by Countrywide. !st problem they raised our mortgage over $500.00 a month, with out giving us reason. After almost a year arguing was told they were in error and sent correct payment to them only to be refused and then tried to Forclose.
We did a workout plan with them and thought everything was fine and then began refusing payments again and tried to forclose again. We again spent a lot of money to keep our home and now they are back to not returning calls and emails and refusing payments. This stress even caused me to have severe medical problems(more bills) By paying all this added money ad this fee and that fee we should have never paid in the first place but needed a home.
Has drained us and our credit, that we can't even refinance to get away from them. We can't even pay the IRS now and they WILL GARNISH your wage because all of our savings is now gone in 3 years. My children can't even go to college unless THEY pay for it because Countrywide has drained everything from us and looks like now the house.
