Complaint Review: Countrywide Home Loans

Will i had brought my home in 1997 we then refinance the with country wide 1998-99 thinking it was good idea which turn out to be nightmare we made our payment few were late at time but in 2000 my husband filed bankruptcy which the loan was to be secured we pay the payment for over year then in october of 2002 they want a total amount of 1,059.00 which we paid they had said we were not making our payment we had but they could not find them whatever we paid anyways to keep from losing our home.

will in may of 2003 they wanted us to pay 1000 and something we refuseto pay then they sent our monthy payment back say they were forecolsing they gave us some numbers say that they would help yea right the woman we had talk to was every mean and told us thast the reason they where foreclosing was because we file bankruptcy we had pay our payment i don't see our they could took our home and it being secured.we try getting hold of them but they refuse to talk to us. will we lost our home we could not do anything about but for anybody thinking of getting loan with them i would think twice about
