CountryWide Home Loans,Sr Ln Officer, Daniel Hehdar, Prod Mgr. Darren Woolridge Total fraudulent misrepresentation of a refinance on my home! Rosemead, California
I am not an expert in the refinancing of a home loan. I made a huge error in trusting Daniel Nehdar, Senior Loan Officer of CountryWide Home Loans.
I was promised $25,000.00 cash out on my home to do repairs that are desperately needed. I saved e-mail correspondence with Daniel and his supervisor to prove the dishonesty and misrepresentation.
I never received a Good Faith Estimate which I had requested several times.
I made several attempts to talk with Daniel Nehdar during the right of refusal but he was never available.
When I signed the loan documents, what I thought I was to receive in a payout to me ended in the hands of CountryWide Home Loans and Daniel Nehdar
I am a nurse, I work 36 hours in two days. The loan papers were suppose to be signed before I went to work on a Friday when I was thinking most clearly. I received a call that the only day would be the following Monday morning. I was in need of closing the loan. Dan had told me not to pay my house payment to my previous lender which created additional constraints on my need to close.
The previous loan had an early penalty fee that Dan totally reasurred me that it would be worth early out option, that I would receive $25,000.00, could write off the early out payment and my payments would be reduced. I have saved e-mails from this man to prove all of these issues.
The only truth that came to the forefront was that I was able to write off the early out payment to previous lender. I received less than $3,000.00. My house payment is the same as it was from the previous lender but I now owe an additional $50,000.00.
I do not have any money, but if there is a lawyer who is willing to take on my case for the fraudulent behavior displayed by these individuals, I would be most appreciative.
I am a hard working individual who's only asset is my home and people like Daniel Nehdar need to be STOPPED of their criminal behavior.
Thank you for this opportunity and if there is anyone who knows of a lawyer that might be willing to take on this case you would do good for all of us. If there are enough people in my situation, maybe we could do a class action suit against CountryWide Home Loans.
Please help me!

Dear Karla, from Granby Colorado:
I do not appreciate your extremely negative and incorrect internet posting about me. I remember in April 2007 you applied online to check out what rates were out there and to inquire for some information which I helped you find out.
You had a 510 FICO score which is very low. You were paying a 9% rate to a company called SUB 500 Mortgage based out of San Diego. I remember you wanted to lower your mortgage payment and get some cash out for home repairs.
I remember I sent you numerous e-mails that the loan you wanted was going to be yours based on certain variables ( credit, income documentation, home appraisal, sub 500 mortgage payoff, etc ). Towards the end of the process, Countrywide received the payoff to SUB 500 which was higher than you & I expected due to your pre payment penalty.
I remember I called you on your cell phone to tell you that the only benefit to obtaining a loan with us is lowering your monthly payment by $500, & that you were only going to receive around $3,000, on a fixed rate at 7% for 30 years, "Is this OK with you and do you want to proceed?" I asked. "Sure Dan, I hate SUB 500 Mortgage, they give me the worst service, let's proceed." you answered.
You read the contract, You signed the contract, You had 3 days to cancel the contract. Even when you called me to cancel 4 days later, My manager Darren tried to help you but your credit was too low to obtain a better loan. You received the best loan possible that you qualified for, with your horrible credit score, which now would not even allow you to open a credit card.
Now you say your payment is the same? I don't know how that is, the Underwriters would not have placed you into a loan with no financial benefit. So before you write an internet blog about me, please get the story straight! It's funny how you didn't even put your name in the add Karla, are you hiding something?? OH, maybe the truth!!!! Out of the 300 loans that I personally originated you were the only disgruntled customer....
Sincerely,
Daniel S. Nehdar

I wanted to include that I did file a fraud report through CountryWide Home Loans and have requested several times follow up information. I have never heard back from the Fraud Department or anyone from CountryWide Home Loans.
