Complaint Review: Countrywide Mortgage

I had a loan all set up,everything great,then I had to use Landsafe,the appraiser company with Countrywide mortgage,my appraisal came in $20,000 less then the one I got independantly.They would not use it ,all of a sudden my mortgage insurance went up to $625.00 for PMI,the payment quoted was over 1000.00 more,this was just a simple refinance!!!Please beware,do not use Countrywide as Landsafe Appraisers are their ripoff company that they work together.I do not know how they stay in business!!
