Countrywide Mortgage Do Not Trust them when they tell you you are pre-approved Eatontown New Jersey
I contacted countrywide through their website ans surely I was immediately contacted by Craig Vogt, he assured me that there was no issue. Never told me about any negatives all positives and that I had nothing to worry about the refinanincing. I gave him my bank number to withdrawl $ 405.00 for the appraisal. Once the appraisal came back and it was a little short he said that there is nothing he can do do me, so I am out $ 405.00. Don't trust COUNTRYWIDE go elsewhere. Remember what goes around comes around. They will get theirs.

The client based on the appraised value did not have any options once the report was completed and reviewed in detail.
