I have had my Mortgage with Countrwide for approximatel six years and it has been a terrible experience. They sent a letter stating that I must change my payment date from the 10th of the month to the 6th or pay an additional $35.00 month.

Then I refinanced March 31, 2009 with another Mortgage Company and recognizing how sloppy and unethical that Countrywide has been to work with , I placed a stop payment with my bank to make sure that Countrywide would not be paid the April 6th payment because the new company was to disperse funds on the 7th of April. Countrywide Debited my account using another name other than Countrywide, the named they used was OnePayment Mortgage 12 so therefore they took the payment out of my account. Countrywide in my opinion owed it to me as the customer if they were going by another name in deducting anything from my bank account. I will be happy to be part of a class action suit against this company.
