We booked these guys for 08/30/2010 to move from Norwalk, CT to New Rochelle, NY, a 30 mile move. Few days before the moving date, a friend of mine offered to help me, so I called them and cancelled their appointment on 08/25/2010. Which is 5 DAYS prior to the actual moving date. According to their "policy" they are supposed to return my initial payment of $200, that they happily charged as soon as I booked with them. I emailed them several times, but never got any answer. Normally the email would bounce back, but if it is to their advantage then even after it bounces back someone would reply. I have all the email exchanges with them. Until today I have got NO refund. So I called this morning, a woman picked up and told me the accounts person broke both her legs and has been out, the new person will take care of it today ... She couldn't even make up a good story .. I call them everyday for another week, if nothing comes up I will speak with a lawyer. So if you are a lawyer, reading this please contact me. This is stealing! There is no other word for it. Beware guys, they are nothing but a bunch of thieves. Imagine what they are capable of when they actually have your furniture with them. Lucky me, it didn't go that far.
