County Financial Services illegally repoed my vehicle after i had been paying on it for 28 months and I had one more month left to pay on it they did not live up to the contract obligations that was agreed upon myself and the seller of the vehicle after they repoed my vehicle i started looking into everthing come to find out i overpayed them by a couple thousand dollars they tampered with the contract without my presence.I recieved a envelope in the mail that was adressed to my addresse but did not have a return address on it but inside of the envelope was the original contract stating on the contract that i had payed the vehicle off i then compared the original with the copy that i have and the same guy that had sold me the vehicle and reposessed the vehicle had sighned the back of it without my presesnce i then contacted the car lot and the car lot told me that they couldnt help me bacause the carlot was sold to them and was under new management i then proceeded to contact county financial services and they would not cooperate with me the individual that i spoke with did not wanna talk all she wanted me to do was wire money to her immediately i told her that i didnt owe them and that i had records of reciept of payment in front of me she told me she didnt care what was in front of me its what she says and the only thing that i could do was wire her some money if i wanted to retrieve my vehicle otherwise they was going to auction it off she promised that she wouldnt sell my vehicle so i told her i would wire money because i wanted my vehicle wich i had put so much money into it had a sound system in it and a pair of $1800.00 wheels that i had just purchased not to mention the manufacture amp blew out and i purchased another one through the ford dealership for $500.00 and i have all (reciepts) records for my purchases and i also thought to my self i needed to seek a lawyer as well i had put so much into this vehicle. i wired money twice but now come to find out i wired money to her after my vehicle was already sold.this caused embarassment to me and my family and emotional stress because i couldnt get to work on time i lost my job behind that i lost my residence because i wasnt working i was almost out on the streets but a relative let me and my family stay in her home for a couple days I really wanna get this company and i will do whatever it takes legally to stop them in there tracks please help me if there is any lawyer out there listening please contact me A.S.A.P.

Hi,

I too was a victim of this so called Company called County Financial Services.
They hurt my credit really bad by reporting to the credit bureaus stating that i missed payments 90 days, 60 days, 30 days and so on. So just be aware of that they are quick to report you. They did the same thing to me they keep harrassing me and calling me on an unknown number and sending me notices. I have never seen a company so incompetent, rude and most of all fraud is the main word for them. I bought a vehicle with them back in 05 and some towing company towed my vehicle when i was deployed overseas. The bank was my only hope of getting my car out since they were the only ones that knows about the situation but they failed to live up to their words. Make the long story short they tried to screw me over and i ended up screwing them over.

I am already out of the military due to my enlistment contract expired and they send me notices of legal actions against me i told them that i have a lawyer and i am going to file for BANKRUPTCY due to me not being able to make payments. Keep all the records of phone calls they make, do some more research about them on the internet, save up all the receipts and letters or checks you made to them, keep all their harrassment letters and the bills they sent you, make sure you have your contract with you and review it cause i read up on a customer's story once that they breeched his contract so make sure that the amount you owe and you signed for is the same. Every time you talk to a representative write down their names, full name, time and dates that you spoke with them. The more information and hard evidence you have against them the better it is.

I was supposed to pay 3,000 dollars left and i know that i have no other way of finishing this payment so i told them i am filing for bankruptcy and i talked buisness. You have to be smart about it. I made an offer or settlement with them that i can afford to pay off the vehicle. Dont let them change your mind. I ended up paying 1000 for the vehicle to pay it off. Before you pay it off get a settlement letter in that case you can prove that you did pay it off and keep a copy of your money order or payment receipt with the letter and when you are done paying it mail it off to the bureaus and make sure that you have copies of everything. When you have all of it they cannot touch you. Write the Better Buisness Bureau or the FTC, put it in the paper if you have to. Let People know that this buisness is a very horrible and terrible buisness. After i threatened them i kept all my documents i did the same thing they did to me i harrassed them to mail me documents and payment history and when i paid off the vehicle i told them to mail me a payment sheet saying that the balance is zero and that it is paid off.

Keep calling them and make sure that you write the persons name you talked to down so when you call the next day they wont make you out th be the stupid person. Hope this helps you cause my research helped me and when i paid it off, a week to 2 later they send me the title to the vehicle that i paid for and i dont own anymore but in the end i was the WINNER... You can do it its all about researching. Hope this helps...
