County Motor Sports, Clovis, Ca i bought 250 motorscooter from them on 8 jun 08. the scooter shipped a couple week later and arrived in good condition. i was then directed to file prepared form requesting a bill of sale and a notarized title of origin. on the 17th of july i received the title (NOT NOTARIZED) and a bill of sale. i returned the title of origin and the bill of sale and again requested the title be notarized Clovis, Ca 93612 california
after returning the documents a meredith from county sports tel and said there would be a $90 notarizing fee. the original titl and bill of sale was supposed to be free and any further requests would invovlve fees. reluctantly i told meredith to put the $90 notary fee on my credit card which she did. after a couple more weeks of waiting i tel meredith. meredith says "you still have paid your notary fee"? i reminded her i had paid that
was approx 3 weeks ago. i received a msg from fedex that my title and bill was being overnighted. the schedulled day for delivery 12 aug 08 i waited
home all day so as not to miss fedex delivery. NO TITLE OR BILL OF SALE.
i tele fedex and inquired why my package had not been delivered and was told by the fedex rep that the package had NEVER RECHED FEDEX.
after many telephone calls and numerous emails STILL NO TITLE OR BILL OF SALE.
