CountyImports has done it Again!!! My friend at work ordered A King Cobra Go Cart!! Know what he Got? Not the right Cart, No the right Color, Which Green should not be hard to Get, And the Big Run Around!!! Sounds fimiliar, Like Liar, So me and my Boss were looking to buy from these Chumps!!! No Way Know!!!! Over $10,000 in Sales Down the Pooper you Know Why? These could'nt Have good Customer Service it it fell out of the Sky and landed on them!!! The only way you can get a hold of these Guys? Is to call Sales!!! Because there all about the Money!!! But help after the sale Forget About it!!! But once they get your Money it's over, And loopoles Man they Wrote the Book, By the time my friend Pays for the Frieght Charges to send the thing back that he did'nt Order!! And the 25% Restocking Fee and all the other Bull!! He's out alot of Money!!!! So if they send you the Wrong Thing you can Just Eat It !!!!! And Kiss your Money Goodbye!!!! Me and my Boss we will go elsewhere!! And try to find Someone that wont Screw us like these Guy's Can and Will Wow !!!!!!!! I would be so Pissed off i cant even tell you how Much! So that's the Sad Truth Dont get taken by these ! M^!#^* F~@#*s Go elsewhere!!!!

If i filed a Bad Report on these Guy's MotoBuys! i must file a Rebuttle! i Ordered a 150cc Buggy from these Guys ! Received it in one week! Drop Shipped when they said, MSO in good time ! Nothing But Good Things to say about these Guys! At Least they Delivered My Buggy ! Unlike Chineseatv.net Still waiting for my 1300cc Buggy for Over a Month !! And No Emails!!! Nice

We have looked over our sales records for the King Cobra for the last three months and could not find any related sales with issues to Spokane, Washington. If your friend could email me at bonnie@countyimports.com, I would be more than happy to look into his order. I am not sure if you have gotten all the correct information from your friend. If our company or our manufacturer sent out a unit that was not ordered or a color that was not authorized we do not charge a restocking fee or return shipping. The only reason this charge would be quoted is if the customer accepted a change in the unit or color. Another problem is if the customer was shipped the wrong unit/color, why would he accept delivery of the wrong product/color? Please email me and again I would be more than happy to look into this issue. Thank you.
