My account had over $100 scheduled to be paid in November. Interesting that my account was cancelled in November just before I was supposed to receive my cash back. Such a scam and so shady. They cited that I "violated the terms and conditions." I had a friend over at my house and I showed them coupon cabin . com, thereby PROMOTING coupon cabin. They feel that I was opening "multiple accounts" due to the access through my IP address. What a bunch of bullcrap. Someone needs to sue coupon cabin in a class action lawsuit. When money is documented as being owed, that money needs to be paid. Maybe a good group of lawyers needs to get their attention with a well placed lawsuit.

My account had around $100 scheduled to be paid in November. My account was cancelled in November just before I was supposed to receive my cash back that same month. I had a family member/friend from another household over at my house and I showed them CouponCabin, thereby PROMOTING coupon cabin.  This person signed up for CouponCabin at my home that day.  My wife, who lives in the same household as me, also had a CouponCabin account. CouponCabin closed my account, citing that I had "violated the terms and conditions."  They felt that I was claiming "multiple offers" due to the access through my IP address.

My understanding is that CouponCabin allows for family members to each have CouponCabin accounts, but you cannot select certain offers marked as "New Members Only", etc, through the same IP address.  You can select other offers, just not certain ones.  Apparently, one offer I had clicked on was for "New Members Only", but I did not see where it said "New Members Only," and I was unaware that this was a requirement in the terms and conditions.  Therefore, there was an honest mistake made as these terms and conditions are so specific and detailed, literally anyone could make this mistake.

I still feel that CouponCabin should reimburse me for my "pending cash back" because I did earn that previous cash back in accordance with their terms and conditions. My original published review and this review update is my own personal subjective opinion and should not be construed as anything other than same.
