Coursehorse doesn't care about customers. I signed up for a course with Borough of Manhattan Community College in Python Programming.

The class got pushed back and I had to find out on my own (just from being paranoid and calling BMCC to make sure everything was a go). Apparently they were notified the week before the class was supposed to start and yet I heard nothing. The radio silence is only more impressive given that they're a company that exists entirely online as an intermediary between people and physical institutions.

The screw up means I have to reschedule a flight to Orlando for my sister's bridal shower. Retooling my flight means I'm taking a $150 hit. The Coursehorse solution was to offer me $30 in credit.

I don't want your credit since you've already monumentally wasted my time screwing up my schedule. And 30 bucks does nothing to rectify the costed incurred to me by a lazy business that only cares about getting the sale and not the students.

Don't use Coursehorse unless you enjoy get screwed with your pants on.
