Complaint Review: Courtesy Chevorlet

I went to Courtesy Chevy ( or lack of) to purchase a brand new 2002 Chevy Cavalier. I had filled the contracts out and went home knowing that they still needed all the documents from me to even finance the car.

About 3-4 hours after I had the car it broke down in the middle of the night in downtown Phoneix, mind you i was alone with my small child and stranded. I brought the car back the next morning to have it fixed.

The kept the car over night, and the service people were pretty helpful. The next day which was Saturday I got the car back, but only to have it break down again the very next day!

I came in to try and talk with the very rude and no courtesey salesman, about 1-getting maybe an upgrade at a discount or anything else the might be able to do since i had so many problems already.

The sales manager and two different salesmen were so rude and just talked to me like i was the stupidest person to ever walk in their door and how dare i even think of any kind of compesation.

So i cancelled the deal, took back my old car.. and the contracts and all info so that nothing could be done with my info. Now remember they have NO CONTRACTS AND NO FINANCE INFO on me.. I have proceeded to get close to 15 credit reports pulled on me from various banks on behalf of Courtesy. They have done nothing, so now i am fighting with the credit bureaus to take every one of these inquires off.. So be careful and dont give any info to you are absolutely sure!
