My vehicle was sent to the shop for mechanical repairs after the body repairs were completed. The body shop is operated by the same dealership. The body shop drove my vehicle to the mechanic shop without having to jumpstart it. However, the mechanic shop stated they had to jumpstart the vehicle Everytime it was moved.
They did not contact us to make us aware of the mechanical issue. They stated that we were not their customer, the body shop was. They operate under the same company's umbrella. This is absurd. You're going to return a vehicle to a customer with a dead battery? That makes no sense.
