On November 15 my Nissan 350z was stolen out of my garage. It was purchased with 45 miles on the Odo. It was always in the garage and had not seen rain. The vehicle was recovered and shipped over to People's GMC repair shop for repairs.
Tim Wolf from the repair shop stated several times "We guarantee our work 100%".
Unfortunately it is not true. This vehicle has been in and out of the shop approximately 5 times for different reasons or incomplete choppy work. At this time they have billed AAA over 12,000 dollars in repairs. They have collected my 500 dollar deductible and still not completely done.
Furthermore the first time they released the vehicle the car had paint bubbles on the rear bumper, front bumper driver side door. The undercarriage had major damage the splash guard was torn into pieces. The second time around the vehicle was returned due to continuous paint issues the door panel on the driver side was not installed completely.
In addition to these issues the vehicle required a control arm to be replaced. The third time around still having paint issues the floorboard was raised 6 inches and had to be repaired.
The 4th time around still having paint issues the odo does not reset anymore. The handling is poor the door now sounds somewhat ok (all along the door that looks used would sound like metal hitting metal)
There is also a cracked tailight that is fixed and they had to replace the two front tires because they put Mazda RX8 tires on the front. There is still paint issues and the car handles funny and unsafe. The door does not align correctly the bumper and the rear bumper as well. Furthermore their own dealership valued my 30k plus car at 17,000. Eventhough Kelley Blue Book valued it at 24k trade in. So much for their 100% guarantee that the car would not loose value.
They are shady and only want your money and will keep your car as long as they please. DO NOT shop or take your vehicle in for repairs from these individuals or anyone associated to them.
Take this warning into consideration or you will be in the same predicament that I am in. AAA is forcing me to take it back per Michelle Acosta in Las Vegas. Their reasoning behind this is that they have paid 12,000 dollars and they want to give them a chance to fix it correctly.
By the way per Tim I am to "refrain" from telling anyone about my negative experience. Feel free to call him and tell him about any bad experience you had at their establishment 702-951-8252.
