Complaint Review: Courtesy Kia Of Alliance

Just wanting to let everybody know who is concidering going to Courtesy Kia of Alliance... DON'T..

Last year in Aug of 2002, my husband and I went to Courtesy to make an appointment to have our window fixed on a Kia sportage we owed at the time. Well, before we had left we went over and were checking out the 2002 Isuzu Troopers. Here come saleman Dan "craig" over and he's gonna give us a run down on the trooper. I told him we wanted to take it for a spin, and he ran inside and got the keys! Well of course after driving a Kia Sportage around we loved the Trooper, But informed Craig that we had the sportage to get out of and also really shitty credit!!

Dan said NO PROBLEM, lets go see what we can do, well after scrunching some numbers along with negative equity, he and his finance people came up with a payment of 710.00 a month. My husband and I d**n near fell out of our seat. We said Hell no we can not afford that.

We were walking out the door, Craig comes running after us, tells us Hey, you make these payment for ONE year, one time every month, you bring that Trooper back same time next year, and by God we will refinance it for you at a better interest rate, which will lower your payments big time he said! Well, my husband and I thought about it for a while, and we went ahead and bought the car. We could do it for one year....

My husband and I went back to Courtesy a couple of weeks ago, Craig and his finance folk let us know Oh Sorry your too upside in your car to refinance!!! Pretty much laughing in our face. So now we are stuck with a $710.00 Car payment every month, and a $32,000.00 car that is only worth 15,000.00.maybe!!!

Tip for today get everything in writing. Don't trust Courtesy Of Alliance. They will tell you anything to get you to by a car from them. We are drowning with this car payment. I wish we could do something about it.. I'm still trying, and I will not give up!!!
