Complaint Review: Courtesy Kia Of Alliance

I was in desperate need for a car. Mine had just blown up and I needed something to get to work. I had been to a dealership before and heard lots of good things about this one. They made me feel very welcome and did everything to help me get financed. or at least that was what i thought...

I wasn't allowed to look around for a car...they brought me the only car that was "available" to me. Then, after being there for hours upon hours, i decided i wasn't ready to do this right now. They informed me that if i chose to back out now, my credit would be ruined. Finally after hours more, i had to have my dad co-sign and we got approved.

The salesman (chad) told me that the car i was purchasing was very safe and reliable and the perfect car for me and my children. I left with a smile on my face.

BUT NOT FOR LONG...
The same night, i was driving after sunset and wouldn't you know it, i had no dash board lights. and my tail light was out. and every time i hit a bump the front end sounded like it was going to fall off. and my seat feels like it's not bolted in the car. and my headlights surge terribly. the list just goes on and on!

So the next day i went in to talk about the situation and i was informed they upgraded my service warranty to the best they offer, "free of charge" and everything would be repaired (free of charge). I took it in service and was told my front end was not covered and it would cost $500 to fix it. I was livid! i went to talk to the salesman who sold it to me...and he was no longer with the company (imagine that) I called the service department and gave them a piece of my mind and the girl in charge informed me that the repairs would be taken care of for free (this time only)

well it has been 7 months since i bought my car and it still hasn't been fixed. and i am still riding on dealer plates.!!!

DON'T BUT A CAR FROM THERE!!!
