Complaint Review: Courtesy Kia Of Alliance

Nov 2001 purchased 2001 dodge caravan found out when got home van had been wrecked called back same day and first thing monday morn to cancel. also called huntingtonlt noone would cancel lease when i went back up the manager laughed at me and said i was crazy called puco to file complaint but no go took van back 3 more times and was ignored took van to victory dodge to be repaired when they found had been wrecked would not touch it tried frederick dodge same story have had to have insurnance work done by my insurnance

so far have had to replace 3 sets steer tires back window and struts are shot body is rusting thru where they had repaired driver side and rear rear window wiper has never worked because of damage no help from courtesy just denial and lies have never been treated so bad by a dealership there were a lot of crooked things went on during the transaction that day by the salesman finance person and manager and i can prove everything stated herein
