Courtsonline.org made me misperceive the service they provided, poofery, ripoff Troy Ohio
I was induced into purchasing the service based on the marketing of the service, however after I paid to receive the benefits that were marketed, I realized that it is not the case. For example, the most basic information "cannot be found" and in some cases nothing under one particular search can be found for a particular state (i.e. California).
On January 5th, 2007 I wrote a letter to courtsonline.org expressing my experience and requesting that they refund my money back. Today is February 4th and no action was taken on their part. I wrote another letter to them today with my January 5th letter attached to let them know that I am serious. Lets see what happens.
This is the second time I am running into deception. I recently had a problem with a messaging service via my cell phone. T mobile is affiliated with them. This was an easy solver, I subtracted the amount from my phone bill in good faith.
