Complaint Review: Courtyard Creations Customer Services

I ordered a patio set via Fry's in July. The metal seat bottoms were not in the box. I am unable to use the patio set. I have called their customer support 4 times and every time, they say the parts are not in stock and that they will be in in 3 weeks and will ship them out then. I call every 2 weeks to confirm shipment and they again say it will be another three weeks. I always ask to speak to their manager or for the contact info for their supplier in China and they won't provide it. They say the manager will call me back but he/she never does. They won't provide the name of the manager either. Horrible customer service. If anyone knows of a high level manager that I can contact, please post the information. Thank you.
