Purchased a new table, set of chairs and umbrella from Fred Meyer in Redmond Oregon. Attempted to assemble and found the pre-threaded nut was stripped. Called that day to report the problem and was told the item was on backorder from the supplier. I did not realize at the time the company was in China. It has been over a month and have not heard from the company or their representative. On the container it stated not to return to store where purchased.
