We bought a 3 piece patio furniture set from Walmart that their company makes. We bought this just before Memorial Day and when we opened the box we found that there was a crucial part missing from both chairs so we were unable to put the chairs together.

Well we did as the instructions stated called the company on the next business day but they were closed for a Canadian holiday so we had to wait to call even longer. When we did get to talk to someone they said they would get the parts out right away and it would take 7 to 10 business days.

Today, June 6, 2018 still no parts so my husband calls and the lady on the phone said "sir that part is back ordered and it's not expected in for at least another 6 to 8 weeks at the earliest".

REALLY? I mean Really? Had we been told this from the begining we would have returned the set to the store and bought somthing different. I mean come on let's be real here. 6 to 8 weeks "at least" and then 7 to 10 business days to ship it to us. Really? This means I have a bunch of pieces on my patio I am unable to use for the entire summer.

Then when summer is pretty much over I "might" get my parts in. I think this company is a complete rip off. Because their coment back to us when my husband called back to talk to a manager was, "Well sir there is nothing I can do for you, but you can always go back to Walmart and see what they can do for you". REALLY? How has this company stayed in business?
