We tried telling the corporate office; however, they did not want anything to do with our complaint and referred us to the individual hotel.  It was a waste of time and effort. 

 

The rank and file staff are excellent and work very, very hard at their jobs. However, the facility is old, rundown and shows lack of general maintenance.

The only reason I chose this hotel was that it had a hot tub in the pool area. Upon arrival, after hours of driving, I discovered that it was not working. Checking with various staff members, all of them confirmed that it has not worked in years.

In addition, it is left as a wide open hole in the pool area. It is a hazard and law suit waiting to happen, when someone falls into it.

The towels have holes in them, the room furniture is dirty, there is garbage left on the sidewalk, amateur repairs, peeling paint, rain gutters falling down and the view from the rooms is terrible. Look out the window and see the rear parking lot and interstate intersection, or the front parking lot.

The facility is an eye sore, and not worthy of the Marriott label.
