Brian Morse provided service details in writing as requested, and we paid him weeks ahead the amount which was agreed upon, in full,
Many of our guests ate nothing because Brian Morse did not bring enough food. The food which he did bring was not the food whch we had agreed would be provided. In fact, one dish which was provided had been specifically blascklisted per our agreement for the reason that an ingredient was known to cause a sever, sometimes fatal, allergic reaction for both adult and children members of our family.
We've attempted to contact Country Spice Catring by telephone, E-Mail, and Certified post. The company has not responded. We anticipate that official court summons to apear may be more effective.
Shame on you Brian Morse of Country Spice Catering.

i am the owner of country spice catering and writing a letter to let people know that the purple hats
that wrote a letter about my company on a catering we did is a flat out LIE.
first of all the catering i did for $8.95 included china plates china glasses silverware linen napkins and linen table clothes with full staff set up buffet style with a chef carving the meat .
i gave them a deal this meal should of cost $15.95 they said they did not have alot of money so this is what i get for helping a struggling couple my staff and the hall manager were at the wedding
and said there were no complaints and everyone ate and came back for seconds
it wasnt until three weeks later they contacted the hall manager and wanted to complain
in short i have catered for twenty five years and been a chef for 26 years we have catered more than 2000 events and have never had a problem or complaint . if at any time anyone needs a refrence or wants to come to any catered event let me know you are more than welcome.
what they wanted was a free catered event shame on them and the purple hats.
and they never did contact me at all or have a court summons another LIE!!!!!!
