i think covenant is unfair.i have 4 accidents on my dacc and cant hardly get a driving job.dont see how getting stuck in snow or going over a speed bump and air suspension bag bursting is an accident.when i got stuck in snow i pulled off pavement because of no parking spot.its not like i ran off the road.also,a torque rod was broken with speed bump incident.

believe was somthing mechanics overlooked when partner wrecked it.all in all i appreciate the opportunity i was given to make the money i made.dispatchers there can be smart elics and treat you like youre a second class citizen compared to them.also, billy johnston is a d**k for calling me a "blooming idiot "to a future employer.not very professional or Godly as for what the company is supposed to stand for.i hope u read this "billy the d*ck "dispatcher.last i heard he didnt have a job with them.

First off a snow storm is an act of God,now being that this gentlemen is new at this, why would anyone hold this against him.He didn't say but I assume he had to be towed out, because he said he pulled off the pavement not slid off the pavement.Yes it is an incident, but why not forget about unless maybe you want to use it against him latter on,like what is happening here now.

Also I have went over speed bumps to fast, like the ones that aren't painted and it is in the middle of the night.Never broke a thing,I think this was a lack of maintenance to break a torque rod,and they ought to be thanking him on that one, because if it had broke on the highway the possibilties are endless, wrecked truck, dead people.

But we also have to take in to consideration what company we are talking about here, they can't keep drivers and the only way they get new ones is to train them. Also if you make so people can't get another job, there is less chance of them leaving.

I wish you both nothing but the best and God Bless.

Getting stuck in snow is probably better classified as an incident rather than accident but it still reverts back to you because you were driving the truck and its up to you to be positive you don't put yourself in that situation. The second, hittting a speed bump and doing damage was an preventable accident. You clearly ran over it too fast thus causing damage.
