A schizophrenic company!

They create their own names, under CTG Leasing, SRT, Covenant, Covenant Transportation Group! ALL THE SAME COMPANY!!!!Then when you're working at the SRT Division they strand you in multiple cities at many different times!!!! This is normally almost always due to maintenance issues with the tractors/trucks/trailers!!!! Then, when you try and transfer from SRT to Covenant. It takes two to three weeks & if ur stranded already, SRT Personal will get all pissed off, at you as a driver &will try and be vindictive and spiteful anyway they can!!!! They will even not pay u, when the bigger division (Covenant ) forces SRT to get u a replacement truck & load to get u to Texarkana, 2 then get u to Dallas orientation! THEY WILL THEN START LYING ALL OVER AGAIN TO U ABOUT TRANSFERRING to the office in Chattanooga, even when you properly turn in your truck!

SRT will then not pay u 4 the loads u delivered, prior to transferring to Covenant! SRT was also to have gone out of business because of all the lawsuit judgments they have against them!!!! Covenant was going to get rid of them. They were either going to be sold of or assimilated! SRT Mechanics in Texarkana were fitted for their Covenant Uniforms months ago! Now it looks like SRT is trying to convert themselves to an all Owner Operator Fleet, apparently to offset their liability! They don't want to operate as one business and or company, despite being so!!! They apparently don't like their own name, because you put it down on job applications and try to be as correct as possible, so you  (as a driver ) don't get in trouble for saying something wrong! Then they do nothing but "b***h "about it and drag their feet complaining about this or that, that they don't like what the driver said on the application or something!

The driver then has to continue resigning paperwork for the company that their trying to get a job at!!!!! I've worked at some really lousy company in the almost four years now, that I have been back in this crappie industry because of Obama's Economy! That he promised all of us he'd fix and NEVER did!!! Don't blame me, I never voted for the ignorant b*****d! !! Worst President of ALL TIME! But don't get me started! ! (Wonder if we could do a ripoff report on the current President? Lol!) Anyway, SRT, Covenant, CTG Leasing, Covenant Transportation Group or just Covenant! Whatever the hell their calling themselves these days! Is a very schizophrenic company with a huge identity crisis! !! U have executives leaving from both companies or divisions whatever! !!! Can u say ...rats abandoning ship... (there's a reason for that people! !! think about it!) So to sum up!: This schizophrenic company  : lies, cheats, steals, from drivers! They are petty and vindictive! They have maybe two or three decent people! (that's about it)

They do have one more good point however! They do have a pet policy! So for what its worth! If you can survive their BS, at least u can take your pet with u! Arkansas Blue Cross is ok from SRT too. But Covenant's United who knows? ??? Oh and they don't like to pay unemployment! They really b***h about that also! And u have to claim in ether TN or AK. On the traditional 4.0 scale ! Due to the pet policy at both divisions, the two or three decent people left at both divisions & finally the AK BCBS at SRT. That's enough to move this company from an F to a D! So overall professionally speaking I'll give them a D. Plus, don't forget SRT has a lousy fuel network!  Only 1 or 2 places to fuel sometimes in an entire state!!! So the final analysis! A driver has to ask themselves? Does the good outweigh the bad here? My answer=NO! The good doesn't outweigh the bad here! Its a shame too! But what are you going to do? Go Independent I guess!!!!
