On Sept 22 I contacted the company to make a payment on my health care. Told the young lady that I wanted to make a payment on my bill and I would like to split the payment in half. She stated you want to make a payment of $349. And I repeated to her that I want to make a payment of $349 but before I could tell her the amount she pushed the but for the full amount rather than asking me what is the amount I would like to pay. This created a real problem with my account as I have outhorized for some other payments to be made. I have called and had no problem in the past and the record shows that each month I split the $349 between to accounts. She made the mistake in miscommunicating. Than says the charges cannot be reversed. They should have cancelled that payment and done it property. This type of behavior from coventryone seroiusly do great damaged to anyone on a fixed in. I used my debit card to make the payment.
