They are absolutely incorrect about the return instructions, as I obtained a valid RGA from their Customer Service Department.

ALso, I did contact an attourney, who tried by phone and mail to contact CoverKing, and they did not respond in any way. The attorney was Christine Mattos, of 200 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Toms River, NJ 08753, (732) 281-0060.

I have an email from CoverKing;'s customer service, acknowkedging that a RGA was issued.

As far as Steve's comments that I am a victum of a mental disorder, will be reviewed as slander to my character.

I am not going to stoop to his level of name calling and lies.

He made no such offer of $100 to me personally. He may have mentioned it toothers, but I was never in any way made aware of this.

If he is willing to actually make this offer, and resind his personal comments about my mental condition, I would be willing to accept his offer and, at the reciept of the money, consider the case closed.

Anthony De Mello has been proved wrong

Anthony Melillo took his case to an attorney, who concluded that he had no case. Anthony then contacted the California Better Business Bureau, who - after consulting with us, determined that Coverking had made every effot to rectify the situation.

Mr. Melillo simply didn't follow the instructions - Coverking takes back returns if an RGA number is issued. Anthony didn't understand this, and sent it back without an RGA number. UPS lost the cover, and refunded us $100. We offered to send Anthony the $100, but he didn't want it - he wanted the cost of the cover, which was a little bit more than $100.

However, the cover was sent by him, without insurance, and without getting an RGA number by us. It is UPS' fault that the cover was lost, and UPS offered $100 in consideration.

His own attorney thought Anthony was a bit off. The California Better Business Bureau felt that our offer of the $100 was more than fair.

We would normally take legal action against such a false claim. However, a quick look at Mr. Melillo's website (which he sent to us for some unknown reason) at

http://home.sprintmail.com/~anthonymelillo/photo.htm and especially a tribute he wrote to his dead dog at http://home.sprintmail.com/~anthonymelillo/cocoa-memorial.htm Made us reconsider. The fact that Mr. Melillo sent us these links (for no reason) leads us to believe he is simply an unfortunate victim of a mental disorder.

We pray Mr. Melillo gets treatment. Our offer of $100, which is what we were given by UPS, still stands.
