I brought my 89 Vette to get repaired by Corvettes of Houston. This was in September of 2009 The car was not returned to me until Jan. of 2010. I get the car back home and the car is doing the same thing as it was in Sept. I called and asked why my car was still broke after paying 1600 dollars and waiting over six months. Chris explained to me that he would tow the car down for free and assured that the problem would be fixed. My car was towed and three weeks later supposedly ready to pick up. I go and pick my car up and the 8 dollar an hour employee tells me that there is a 205 dollar tow bill. I stated to him to take that tow bill and stick it up his a*s and then he pulls a gun out and threatens me to leave the building.

I left and get about a mile down the road and the car shuts off. Good thing I didn't pay for the tow bill and I will never bring another vehicle there as long as I live. I advise you find a different repair shop to bring your car to because the employees there belong working at Wal-Mart automotive or something. The people there seem to guess what the problem is than actually figure it out. I feel this is very un-professional and this company needs to be shut down. In an economy that we are in, consumers deserve the right to have there vehicles fixed right and not given the run around. As a consumer, I feel totally ripped off!!! And the thing about it is, Corvettes of Houston will not do anything about it to fix the problem. I am outraged!!! My number is (((phone number))) if you have had a similiar experience.

First, I think you are lying about what actually happened in regards to the gun being pulled on you. Threating people with a weapon is a felony, so I am not fully believing you. Second, you can sue if you paid the bill and they reairs weren't accomplished. I don't know why you didn't mention thinking about this. For the 8 dollar and hour uneducated employee commnet, you think they are going to pay a professional to work the front counter and deal with all the idiots who come in? Dont think so. You most likely got what you deserved.
