Complaint Review: Cowboy Corner/ Affinia Farm & Feed

Boarded horses not turned out when owner says they are. 
Stalls not cleaned as boarders are told they are.
Water buckets rarely dumped, and even more rarely washed.~ *States otherwise in the boarding agreement.
No grass for grazing unless you hand graze yourself, due to over crowded turn outs.
Horses that need vet care and are not attended to.
No actual worming program in place, or adhered too.

Horses (specifically Thoroughbreds, but other breeds as well) sold from this location, by owner, knowing they are going to slaughter. But tells everyone they are going to new homes. Sometimes refers to the "throw away's" as DOG FOOD. 

Pathetic excuse for hay. Looks more like straw. Many of the horses are becoming thin due to it.

Owner knowingly switched feed on horses boarded there, to use up split open bags in store, as well as bags acquired to "pass off" as there feed when they ran out. (repeatedly caused horses to stop eating and show signs of colic- one horse did colic, which I believe was a direct result of switching feeds)

If you buy feed without a tag: you may not be getting the same feed as last time. 
Leases horses to people with no horse experience, and leaves them unsupervised.

Boarding agreement states there is to be no drinking on premises, as owner walks around double- fisted with beers at times. Often the dumpster on property is largely beer bottles. 

The idea of horsemanship there is to force a horse to do what you want it to, even if moderately psychical abuse is required.  

If you care about your horse, do not board here, sell a horse to them, or buy your feed here.
My concern here is for the horses and their people.
