Complaint Review: Cowboy Reflections Merchantile

I ordered furniture from this store back in September of 2014, I did not want to take delivery until this spring till the weather cleared.

I recently had been in contact with the owners and actually just purchased additional furniture in April 2015, everything has been paid in full.   After speaking with the owners both, multiple times we were trying to set up delivery of the furniture and I kept getting excuses, I wasn't all that upset as I was in no hurry for the furniture anyway.  But most recently as of May 12th I had not been able to get ahold of the owners on their cell phones or at their store, or even thru Facebook.  I was tipped off that the store was closed and when I asked why the person told me that they had been arrested for ripping people off at their store by taking peoples money and not delivering the furniture that was ordered. 

I then called the Thorndale police and spoke with Chief Jackson and he confirmed that what I had heard was correct.   I then told him that I too had ordered furniture that has not been delivered and asked what actions I should take.  He told me to compile all of my information and send it onto them for further prosection and charges against them.  He also said he had been recieving alot of calls from people regarding this same issue and that the Attorney Generals Office was now involved with this case as well.

I suggest that if you have ordered furniture from them that you call the police department in Thorndale Texas, speak with Chief Jackson and file a report, this crime has spread all across this country and apparently has been going on for some length of time, and if those of us who have been wronged don't take action they will get off and rip more people off!!!
