Complaint Review: Cox Automotive and Repair

I took my car in to have an engine swap (305 to 350) and the bastards used MANY parts from the old engine.They even charged me for the spark plug wires from the old engine!!!

There are over 20 parts that i have counted that are defective,leaking..STILL...or are the wrong parts.I paid to have a 700-R4 put in and the put in a 200-R4!!.I also paidor a 3 core radiator and when i got the car again for the 6th time,it was the stock radiator!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you are located in Ft.Hood,Texas, DO NOT GO TO COX AUTOMOTIVE...they WILL f*** you! I am in the process of reporting them to III Corps. and taking them to court.
