Complaint Review: Cox Cable

Cox cable screws up your computer. I am having BIZARRE bios problems i never had when i used dial up! Losing connections on my games, crashing, file system wiped out.

I beleive, call me paranoid, its because i have a router and several pc's on one cable connection. I think they want you to buy an ip from them. And if thats not it they are just EVIL.

Like any other corporation, all they care about is money, and to hell with customer service (it eats into the profits, you know). I am SERIOUSLY thinking of switching to DSL and taking the performance hit.
