Cox continued to bill me you servce I asked to be stopped 7 diferent times by phone. I also went to the trouble of driving to one of there stores in Tucson 70 miles last Aug. to get the service stoped but was told I must go wait in a line that went out the door and into the parking lot in the rain.

I am now being harassed by a collection agency that refueses to stop there fraudulent atempts to collect money I do not owe them. I am being threatened with the filling of a negitive credit report even though they do not have my SS# .

ALL cable companies operate the same way. It's a SUBSCRIPTION service. Secondly, canceling service DOES NOT make your PAST DUE BALANCE disappear! You, yourself ADMITED to being PAST DUE otherwise a collection agency wouldn't be chasing your rear end. YOU had PAST DUE BALANCE and you cannot cancel until that balance is paid. Funny, funny!

You thought if you could "cancel" you would then be able to run out on what you owed! Guess what Einstein, it doesn't work that way! They did NOTHING fraudulently! You were trying to walk out on your responsibilities and YOU WERE CAUGHT. THANKS FOR THE LAUGHS! No Einstein, no need to jump up and down, cry, whine and wail that I must work for them, because I don't!
