Cox for the 3rd time did an overnight push and denies that the push messed up their products.  The 1st time they did a security push to the e-mail account and no one with a Mac could get their Emails.  They denied everything and told EVERY Mac user that it was our computer that was the problem.  After several months the Mac community figured out several fixes and resets and got the email going again.  



5-6 weeks ago they did an overnight push on the cable TV and no one had sound on their TV's.  They again denied all and it took them an entire week to leave telephone messages on our phones telling us how to fix a problem - that they of course did not create :)...



Today 5-9-10 I again have no sound on my TV and they AGAIN deny any culpability and recommend that I AGAIN miss work and stay home waiting for their tech to show up. 



5-10-10 I am canceling the TV.  I am sure they will attempt to rip me off for $$$ and whatever....  I can't believe I dumped them once before and went back.  NEVER AGAIN. Customers are relatively forgiving if you tell the truth - COX doesn't know how to spell the word.
