Cox Communications Cox Cable = Liars and theifs San Diego California
I ordered cable in May. I was suppose to have a bundle service at a special rate of 69.99 per mont not including channels like HBO. My bundle was suppose to include a DVR and DVR service. Low and behold I did not bet the channels I was suppose to or a DVR box and service. When I called them they said no problem will fix it. They fixed it all right. They charged me for it as additional service and guess what not once have I got a cable bill for the amount I was told it would be. My first bill was 107.00 and all the bills after that have been 219.00 a far cry above 69.99. I have called them numerous times and finally 2 months latter someone from cox calls just to tell me the error was my bill was,nt a bundle but they could'nt fix it. Now I am going to personally go their office but I doubt that will do any good. I am disabled and on a fixed income they know that, and that I can afford only so much per month. Iasked them several times if they were sure thats all my bill would be and they assured me it would. Every month they have a excuse for why my bill is over 200.00 dollars. I am tired of the excuses I want my service for what I was told it would cost. Thats it bottom line. Even if I have to start a file of complaints from former and current customers and dump it on their desk and the desk of the turko files. There has to be some one who can help people like me put a stop to these cable company liars.
