Wow where does this company get off charging 320 bucks for a one time fee ? This was never made clear when I Signed up, all I wanted was internet and phone but the sales person kept f*cking pushing the cable package on me saying I will save money. I cancelled my Cable After ONE month and decided to keep the Internet and phone, keep in mind I have moved to tempe az in march 2012 and so far I have paid over 200 dollars in fees and monthly service bill and now have a nice 400 dollar bill and it's only may 13 2012. How can any company justify this kind of charge after only a few months of service ? This is what's wrong with America, you have all these companies trying to take you for a ride and f*ck you over.
