Charged ridiculous fees for horrible service. Wouldn't provide a vigorous defense. Refused to get evidence in the record. Stating it's absolutely prohibited to file documents in juvenile court. When I said show me in the law where it says that, she sent me a link that said at the judges discretion and can submit a response 10 days after something is filled with the courts if u need to dispute it. Because I said show me, she filled a motion to withdraw the next day. $20,000 for a bunch of over priced emails, failed to send me reports and minute entries filed with the court in time so I wasn't able to dispute them, oh yeah and one denied visitation motion. I was better off with my court appointed attorney, at least he filed documents on my behalf. I filed a complaint with the az bar and listed her on a bad attorney's list. Spent alot of money to get no results and a bunch of lies and withheld documents. Charged $143 just to run the credit card for the retainer. During hearings, the judge challenged her and she got flustered, and the other side dominated each battle.

Cox Sandoval Law takes comments like this very seriously.  It is unfortunate you had this experience and is not the typical experience for our clients.  The Firm's retainer agreement is very clear about the financial costs to litigate a case, and even spells out that fees are charged for the use of a credit card.  A withdrawal occurs when payment stops in violation of this agreement (as the Firm cannot do work for free) or there is a breakdown in communication.  As the Firm's client it is important to work with an attorney you trust, and likewise our attorney(s) choose to work with clients who are mindful of the law, rules of procedure and have reasonable expectations.  In your case withdrawal occurred prior to trial, and trial is the point when "evidence is admitted."  Please recall the attorney was kind enough to provide you a ride after court, which is not a typical service given. No documents were withheld, and your complaint to the Bar was dismissed. While you may be upset at the ultimate outcome of your case, the Firm and its staff did what was possible to move your case forward in the most productive and positive of ways.
