When I purchased this couch I asked for a copy of the warranty agreement. I was told that there was not one, my receipt was all I needed. It was covered for a lifetime for mfg. defects. When I reported a defect after three months. They sent a truck, picked up the couch and delivered another that was later discovered defective also. I called them and the owner screamed at me asking why I didn't let the drivers know when they delivered the couch. It was delivered at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night with slip cover on. I did not take the covers off to wash until a week later. He was trying to intimidate me to go away. Because of health reasons, it worked for a year until the ties of the springs broke. I faxed the information to them. Arman called me and said that it would cost $250.00 each way for them to pick up and deliver a repaired couch. He again screamed at me about my attitude regarding repair claims. I told him that there was never a written warranty and never a charge in the past for pick up or delivery. The past problem set a precedent. He said, see my lawyer and to not bother him until I paid for deliveries.
