Complaint Review: CP&C L.L.C.

Interesting, looking areound the internet and found another Contractor having the same problem I had in the past. Doug S. Barton who owns CP&C L.L.C. is the same con-artist who owes me over $1000 for services I performed in Hagerstown and Frederick about a month ago. I repeatedly emailed him about my money and he refuses to communicate. 

This guy cannot be trusted. I will be filing liens against the homeowners to at least get half of what is owed to me. Thanks to the last entry in Rip-off alerts, I know have an address to file a court order against this b*****d. This guy has a gift of words, but lousy with paying his people. 

Homeowners, do not let this guy anywhere near your home or you will eventually have liens filed against your home. Once all said and done, this guy is going to be gone and you will be left holding the bag. 

He owes me $1000. See you in court you bastart Doug.
