They were confident that they could pull this off. They thought that men who bought a "p***s enhancing supplement" would be too embarassed to file complaints about unauthorized charges on their credit card accounts with the authorities. They may be right!

Chances are good that if you are reading this, you were already scammed out of about $150.00. I have some bad news for you. You will not get your money back. I have put forth a maximum effort to try and get my money back. Legally they do have a "customer service department". Even though I have tried to call literaly thousands of times, I have always gotten a busy signal.

I was interested in "Longitude" only because they said that there was a "money back guarantee". After 23 days I had realized that their claims on Longitude were imposible. I first tried to cancel the second shipment, but was unsuccessful due to their "customer service" line being busy every time I attempted to contact them.

After I recieved the second shipment, I called their "order line" and was reasured that they will not send a third shipment. About a month later, there was a third shipment and a third charge on my credit card.

Since then, I have returned 2 unopened and 1 opened containers of Longitude to the Scottsdale, AZ address. I had the shipment confirmed by the USPS. That was almost 2 months ago....
Today I called their "order line" again and was asked for my first 12 digits of my credit card. I gave them the numbers and was reasured that a "customer service representive" would get ahold of me within the next 72 hours. End of story....

I have a few questions.... (1)Is this legal? (2)Is there anyone out there who did get their money back? (3)Will the FTC shut them down? (4)What other options are there to get our money back?

I have conversed with an employee of CP Direct personally. I will keep her name anonomous. She told me that her supervisor told her that CPDirect has no intention of reimbursing any monies owed to anyone. There "money back Guaruntee" is fraud and I have the proof. According to my source, their credit card merchant droped CPDirect because there were too many refunds on their account. They now have a new account called "Global". CPDirect has no intention of honoring any past refunds.

I did manage to get ahold of a customer service rep and he said that CPDirect has sent a credit of $168.00 to my checking account. My bank has no record of this. CPDirect has purposely lied to me about that credit. Then the csr tells me that its my banks fault.

People, they are going to continue to do this until a lawsuit stops them. I have proof from my "insider". I am just one man. I cannot take on these assholes myself. Thank you
