www.attorney_general.state.az.us/press_releases/oct/102402.html

and if the link dosent work... just jump onto yahoo.com and punch in the key word "pharmalux", scroll down and you'll see the Attorney generals link. LOL! to shirly!

hurray! Now Janet Napolitano is on the case. Its been nice knowing you Michael

ooops almost forgot... The reason Vincents business is still operating as "pharmalux" is because he was told to put a "disclaimer" on this ad.

what does the disclaimer say? This...

SizeMAX is not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Results may vary

October 24, 2002
(Phoenix, AZ) - Attorney General Janet Napolitano today announced her Office has seized the assets of at least one of the defendants in an ongoing civil complaint involving the sale of herbal enhancement supplements. The defendants in the case versus Vincent Passafiume and others relates to the defendants' operation of a company known as C.P.

Direct Marketing, a company that specialized in the sale of p***s- and breast-enlargement capsules. Passafiume is now allegedly involved in selling a supplement known as "SizeMax," which also purports to enlarge a man's p***s and is advertised in the identical manner as Longitude, the brand name used to sell C.P. Direct's version.

The Attorney General's Office seized assets belonging to Passafiume (using an alias, Vincent James), his girlfriend Suzanne Rye, Christos Marinakos and companies Aero-Link Arizona, Inc., Aero-Link Nevada, Inc. and Pharmalux Corporation.

Agents seized more than $80-thousand in cash and bank accounts, documents, receipts, bank records and other materials related to the business' operation. SizeMax took in more than $800-thousand in sales in the last six months.

This is the fourth time that Passafiume has been the subject of a civil matter brought by the Attorney General's Office and had been prohibited from running a business in Arizona. Passafiume and the other defendants are also the target of a white collar crime investigation.
