CP Direct "Nutritionals" ripoff, ripoff business from hell, liars, d*cks Scottsdale Arizona
These guys are unbelievable. I ordered Longitude for the hell of it, not thinking it would work but out of curiosity. Obviously, it didn't work.
I called and got a hold of the Customer Service Dept in January, told them I wanted a refund for the first order. She said, "oh your second order was just sent out. Send back the empty bottle and the full one just sent out and I will give a full refund, but it will take at least 6 weeks."
Never received a refund, and after about 30-40 times calling and getting busy signals, I finally got a hold of a woman at customer service. She outright lied and said a credit was given on February the 7th. I had my statement right in fromt of me, there was absolutely no transaction, credit or contact from CP Direct whatsoever.
I asked for the supervisor and she says that he is on the phone with three people waiting to speak with him, so he would have to get back to me. I said "I'll hold." "Sorry, I can't do that", she says, "but he is very good at getting back to people." it's been a week and I've heard nothing. She wouldn't even give me his last name.
How do these companies get away with this crap? I hope that whoever the scum bag who put this operation together is he finds himself in prison for 10-20. Now I am going to call and try and get in touch with CS Reps and just mess with their heads.
These guys shouldn't get away with this.

The following is the correct address and person to file a complaint against in addition to where to find the complaint forms.
Please use the address that is provided here. The office moved from the Shea location about 10 months or so ago. The information on the internet and even Verisign is incorrect as it is not current.
Also, did anyone sign anything for CP Direct to debit your credit cards? If not definately read this whole thing because what is happening to you-having your credit card charged without signing a contract with CP Direct- has been prohibited by the Arizona Attorney General. This is a huge No-No on their part! In fact, according to the order they are barred from even operating the whole business! This judgement only cost them $115,051.50. That's nothing compared to all the money they've taken just from the people posting on this board. Please note, the judgement has them operating under the name CP Communications. Pretty clever name change!

The Technical and Billing contacts are just their hosting service. Maybe we can write to them and complain and get the site shut down. But it seems CP Direct's address is listed as well (don't know if this is real or not). Notice how a bogus fax number is given. Also, the phone number listed does not seem to be working. Anyway, I still haven't received my refunds. Probably never will. I have filed a complaint with the FTC as well as the Office of the Attorney General in Phoenix, AZ. I just want to see these pieces of shee-ite get what they deserve.
