Complaint Review: CPA Exchange Service llc.

I bought a couple of courses from this man.  He absolutely knows his stuff, but he doesn't always do what he promises.  I spent around $1,000 for one of the courses.  A bonus on that was a free examination of three years of tax returns to make sure I got all possible deductions.  Admittedly, I had business and real estate deductions that made the taxes basically go away already.  But I wanted to know if his way would have been better, especially in the long run.  Since I couldn't be signed up as an additional revenue source, I was told by his office (after amassing all my records and providing them) that there was no point in looking at them since I was already paying nearly zero.  So I got no value from the "bonus".

A second bonus is lifetime updates.  I've never had the time, nor taken the time to look at what I bought.  Time is money and things are changing fast.  Anyway, I heard on another webinar that Al had a new LLC operating agreement.  Since his office has never contacted me even once after my purchase, no updates, etc., I contacted them and requested (twice via vm, because I couldn't raise a person) a copy of the updated item.  I've never heard back from that office.  I continue to see more webinars (they sound great) and I made another request recently (always hopeful).

A little stack of papers is rather expensive if they don't really provide me with anything.  I don't want to be up sold into yet another "service" just to get some value.  I'm frustrated because he really is an expert, but what good does that do me if I don't get what is promised?  Life is complicated enough, I wish folks would just do what they say.  I paid but don't feel I received.
