cpdirect money taking scam gone global!!!
after experiencing the failure of their products, cancellation of my future orders was ignored. company took money from my credit card without authorization and continued to send me product. they told me it would be 2-3 weeks and i would see my money back in my account. well, its been a month and no sign of my money!! and, get this; they sent me another shipment!!!! cpdirect is a fraudulent company and i would urge anyone involved with them to step forward and let people know just how bad they really are. AND their phone line is consistently busy so speaking to a customer service representative is out of the question. i have placed a hold my account for cpdirect and i would urge others to do the same.
