Bottom line: They import crappy products from China (that cost nothing to make and then mark it up) and have an army of solictors go out and try to sell this crap all day long, months at a time.

Doug Ascher (president of 3W marketing, Cherry Hill) is the mastermind and self proclaimed "mobile marketing guru" that is behind this total scam. He has 2 pit bosses, Josh Woodford (president of Choice Promotional Group/CPG, King of Prussia) and Allison Crea (president of PURE Marketing Concepts, King of Prussia) to handle the day to day grind. Doug, Josh and Ali remind me of pimps. They send young, naive kids out to be yelled at all day and eat s**t from the public and then Ali/Josh/Doug aka assholes profit from their earnings.

They tried to brainwash me through the management training program but I literally had to escape!!!

I found out through another manager in Las Vegas that they demand the "account leaders" and "distributors" to stay for grueling long hours every day of the week to exhaust them and distract them from reasonable thought. Basically until they break their spirit and have mind-f***ed them to death.

As the most sucessful account leader they had in their newest division, I came to realize everything they told me was a lie. They were never upfront about anything!!! They cheated me out of money and is the farthest thing from a legitimate Marketing of Advertising company.

I was told to ask "Days of Observation" their biggest weaknesses and then hold them against the person for the rest of the day. They spend hours training people pointless theories on how to solicit.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

New graduates please beleive in yourself enough to find a better job. Those less fortunate that just need a job you're better off at McDonalds. This is the most un-professional, shady, lying group of individuals I have ever met. If you want to know what Hell is like - this is a vague idea.

RESPONCE TO FALSE ALLEGATIONS

#3UPDATE Employee

Mon, September 29, 2008

Bottom line: You obviously were neither a veteran nor a knowledgeable employee of this company. P.U.R.E. marketing (and its affiliated companies) packages excess merchandise and services and distributes these items and services in order to generate foot traffic for its clients. In addition to that it utilizes direct advertising and lead generation in order to create new customers for its clients. Direct advertising is one of the most rapidly growing forms of marketing and advertising in this culture where we have become desensitized to indirect forms of marketing and advertising such as television and radio commercials.

Let's continue to break down your gross misinterpretation of this company, although we will leave your ignorant, character defaming comments for last. For starters if this is some kind of scam or pyramid scheme why would we manage a multi billion dollar portfolio with MAJOR clients such as leading home improvement companies, makeup clients which have set the standards for makeup artists, the majority of the nations baseball and basketball teams (major and minor league), oh and believe me, the list goes on (for legal purposes I can not disclose specific names). And the pyramid scheme comment is a good indicator of your low education level since pyramid schemes are illegal. Oh yeabut maybe you are right and you know more than companies that bring in BILLIONS a year (judging by your competency level I probably have to spell out that this is called a sarcastic sentence).

As for your profane comments about the grueling long hours if you comprehended this business at all you would realize it is very front end loaded because it takes you from the entry level to managing a multi million dollar portfolio in 6-10 months. If you had any kind of work ethic you would realize that this requires time and effort. In addition to that if you really were the top account leader for my company why is it that you have no facts behind what you say? Shouldn't you know something of relevance? All I see is profanity and anger which, quite frankly, makes you look like a stupid angry child with a poor attitude.

Oh and only after asking a day of observation's best asset do you pop the question what is your biggest weakness. This is tool which shows you the levels at which someone can self analyze. Self analytical skills are a huge sign of a good student mentality, because it shows that the person is aware of things and is willing to improve. Obviously you lack this too. Your comment to graduates shows your lack of knowledge of where the economy is. Have you ever heard of Leahman Brothers, Meril Lynch or AIG? They, in addition to thousands of other companies, have now been forced to bankruptcy. You probably are too dumb to understand what I am alluding to, so once again I will spell it out for you. These companies were major players in their industries and now thousands of Americans who worked for them are now unemployed. My company, and any other company affiliated, has NEVER had a layoff or down sizing. THIS IS BECAUSE WE ARE RESESION PROOF. This is a great opportunity and culture that welcomes many. Based on your ignorant comments, obviously we now need a more rigorous screening process to weed out the stupid bigots.

And finally, as for your comments about Doug, Alli and Josh. This, along with the date of your post and your listing the city you are from, was a stupid mistake. See, referring to good, inspirational, hard working people like the above mentioned is considered character defamation. If we really cared enough about your childish comments we could research employment and termination dates, as well as the locations of the people who were employed and left around April 2008 to determine where these FALSE ALLEGATIONS came from. The reasons why we have not done this are everyone already knows who you are anyway and you really just made your self look like an idiot by writing such hateful, unsubstantiated words. This website also has logging of IP addresses as well as internet gateways in order to catch morons like you. Managing your self as a distributer in this business is simple, you must learn to control your attitude, work ethic and student mentality. You have proven with your erroneous and stupid comments that you could not do this, so I highly doubt that you even made it to my level (an actual top account leader).

PYRAMID SCHEME: CPG, 3W Marketing, PURE, TITAN

#3Author of original report

Wed, April 23, 2008

Definition of Pyramid Scheme = A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, usually without any product or service being delivered

There are other commercial models using cross-selling such as multi-level marketing (MLM) or party planning which are legal and sustainable, although there is a significant grey area in many cases. Most pyramid schemes take advantage of confusion between genuine businesses and complicated but convincing moneymaking scams.

The essential idea behind each scam is that the individual makes only one payment, but is promised to somehow receive exponential benefits from other people as a reward. A common example might be an offer that, for a fee, allows the victim to sell the same offer to other people, or receive bonuses through other people they refer. Each sale includes a fee to the original seller.

Clearly, the flaw is that there is no end benefit; the money simply travels up the chain, and only the originator (or at best a very few) wins in swindling his followers. Of course, the people in the worst situation are the ones at the bottom of the pyramid: those who subscribed to the plan, but were not able to recruit any followers themselves. To embellish the act, most such scams will have fake referrals, testimonials, and information.
