CPI Security Not good Charlotte North Carolina
Been a customer for many years. During a test the system failed and keeps on bothering with FAILURE messages. Also I was hung up on by the customer service woman just by asking them to test my system. No one called back. Called them (again) 3 days ago (twice), asked to repair and to cancel the cellular backup service, they told me the next day someone will call me and schedule a service, because I am in a hurry, I need to use the alarm system in several days from now. I asked them to expedite. Was reassured. Nothing. No call, nothing. I think it is time to CHANGE the provider. Difficult economic times, so I will get rid of the service, $50 less to pay monthly. Not much valuables to protect anyway...
By the way, during the (failed) test, they took at least 5 minutes to call me back. You know how houses can be robbed in 3 minutes? Most of them.
