I asked for a refund after 2 failed attempts to install security system first refund request to the salesman was on 9/10/12, and than again on  9/12/12 - never replied back, email CPI customer service 9/13/12 - never replied back, called customer service 9/14/12 and was told I would get a call from the sales manager - never heard back, called CPI customer service 9/20 for refund, heard back from a field supervisor for other schedule install. 9/20 emailed him and stated I wanted a refund from a company that does not know what customer service is. never heard back. contacting BBB and bank card center. Beware of this company! 9/21
