In 2007, I signed up for CPI Security system. After a few weeks, the system placed a false alarm resulting a false alarm sent to police department. After that event the device didn't function and company informed us that we would need to upgrade to have it fixed. We didn't want to pay more and for 3 years we still paid $1500 for device that didn't work.
